Founder and Managing Director Practice Notes
Dr. Faleh al-Sahamah is a graduate of Brunel University, UK (Ph.D., April 2013). He is a Saudi certified lawyer and arbitrator. He is an expert in all matters relating to corporate law, corporate governance and capital market. He has handled cases on intellectual property, media, legal research and cases law analysis on a wide range of legal issues whether civil or criminal. He has also drafted legal instruments, pleadings and contracts. Dr. Faleh is a professional litigator before all Saudi Shari’a courts, administrative and commercial courts. He additionally represents clients before governmental and semi-governmental organizations. Dr. Faleh is an author of many academic articles published worldwide including the following:
